Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all U.S. and Canadian orders over $75.
Rush Orders

Rush processing is available by request. Please email orders@theartvend.com before purchasing.

All shipping timelines are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays once your item is in transit.
Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

We cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed.
International Orders

Customers outside the U.S., Canada, or Mexico must order through our Etsy shop.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by international carriers.
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not able to guarantee changes after purchase. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
📦 Damaged or Lost Items

Report any damage within 14 days of delivery using our Damage Report Form HERE.

We cannot replace or refund damaged goods reported after 14 days.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 5 business days so we can file an investigation.

We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery.
🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Custom products, decals, and design services are non-refundable.

Unauthorized returns or packages missing order info may be rejected or delayed.
Refund Terms

Refunds apply to product cost only.

Shipping costs and return label fees are non-refundable, even if shipping was initially free.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if packaging or condition is compromised.

Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of return approval.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

It may take several business days to appear on your account.
🔁 Exchanges

We cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to damage, defects, or order errors on our part.

All other exchanges are at the customer’s expense and require pre-approval.

📦 Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you agree that shipment may occur earlier or later than estimated.

Refunds due to timeline changes will not be granted unless the shipment is more than 60 days late.

If your shipping address changes, you must contact us immediately.
💳 Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks.

Customers who file chargebacks without contacting us first may be restricted from future purchases.
🛡️ 1-Year Warranty
We offer 1 year of limited product protection against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:

Accidental damage

User error or misuse

Wear and tear

Cosmetic damage (unless due to manufacturer error)
We provide free replacement parts during the warranty period.
